Due to our limited size, we must maintain a strict cancellation policy. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID PENALTY FEE. One night stay will be billed to credit card on file if you fail to cancel less than 14 days prior.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds/discounts for No-Shows or early check-out. In the case of a No-Show, the card which was used to make the reservation will be billed for the entire stay.

A $50.00 deposit is taken at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to reservation.

The Inn on the River is a non-smoking facility. Violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 penalty fee charge to your credit card.

You are responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay. The credit card on file will be charged for repair cost.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
